Fierce Band + Super Producer X Nasty Song Choice= Great Cover

Hanoi Rocks was a Finnish band that had a HUGE amount of influence on the "Big Hair" bands here in the States, and are probably best known for rhe tragic death of their drummer Razzle in the Vince Neil drunk driving fiasco.  And although they were successful in places like Japan and England, their "musical star" never took off here until 1984 when Bob Ezrin of Alice Cooper and KISS fame took the band "under his wing", and produced the band's most successful album here in America, "Two Steps from the Move".  But near the end of recording, Ezrin thought the album needed a single,

and chose the cover of CCR's "Up Around the Bend"..great choice, but cheesy video! (but then in those days, most were!!!!)
