Okay, you know how I feel about the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame (Talking Heads and The Pretenders in BEFORE Kiss and Alice!??!!). And Rolling Stone usually puts the "Flavor of the Month " band or even a mass-murderer on the cover INSTEAD of a "legendary act", so I wouldn't even use it for "birdcage cleanliness". But, after almost 40 years, the mag that has for decades dismissed "The Hottest Band in The World", finally gave them a cover and a writeup. And I thought it would just be a bunch of drivel about the makeup and how overrated the band is. But to my surprise, senior editor Brian Hiatt wrote a pretty fair piece that summed up the up and down ride in their long careers. All four original guys were brutally honest about each other..and themselves! I found out things I never knew too!!! (Paul Stanley's handicap that left him battling deep depression). So, if my opinion matters, and you are like me, a KISS fan, shell out five bucks and enjoy a small victory for the KISS Army!! My copy is already framed and on the wall!
